Our corporate personal training programs for businesses are designed to help employees improve their overall health and well-being, and are often provided as a benefit by the company, or simply a one off team building exercise.
The goal of these programs is to help employees maintain healthy habits and lifestyles, which can benefit both the employee and business as a whole. We can provide fitness sessions in your workplace, in a nearby location such as a park, or small groups of employees can visit our studio in Horsham on a regular basis.

There is a 48 hour cancellation policy in place.
Please note that it takes at least 48 hours for a cancellation of a booking to be filled by another client. So as a result the trainer must be notified if you need to cancel or rearrange your appointment, within a minimum of 48 hours before your sessions start time or you maybe charged for the session.
